New Pros play Santos Party House and what a place it is, this is a fabulous space with fuck-off speaker system. The New Pros (the new name for the new line-up of the "New Professionals") has Karen Curious, no doubt the best songwriter in the city, singing her heart out while Nick Vivid shreds his guitar in god-like fashion… But… none of this would work, especially for a three piece (my favorite kind of band) without the magnificent heart throb time keeping of Nate Smith on drums. This is quite a show! They make an explosive combo.
